We specialize in working with large and medium-sized organisations in both the private and public sectors, although we do also offer packaged HR services that may suit smaller businesses.

At an organisational level our involvement can range from very large, complex consulting projects through to more straightforward organisational effectiveness audits.

An example of the scale on which we can operate is the six-month project in which we successfully re-engineered recruitment, promotion and mobility systems for more than 24,000 Australian Taxation Office staff around Australia.

Over the past two decades we’ve worked with corporate and industrial clients in a wide range of fields, including media, financial services and FMCG.

We’ve provided services from post-merger culture change and business planning to facilitating the development of communication, management and leadership strategies. We’ve done a great deal of work helping organisations to establish their corporate vision and values and set long-term directions and to define the behaviours needed to deliver on that vision.
